Zero-Tolerance Statement

Adorly.ai maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and any form of abuse. This commitment applies to every aspect of the Service, including companion interactions, creator-published material, and all communications conducted through Adorly.ai.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Adorly.ai:

• Any promotion, facilitation, or solicitation of human trafficking.
• Sexual exploitation of any person.
• Forced, coerced, or involuntary activity of any kind.
• Recruitment or advertisement for illegal purposes.
• Any depiction, promotion, or solicitation involving minors in sexual contexts.
• Commercial sex acts arranged, facilitated, or solicited through the Service.

Detection and Prevention

We employ multiple measures to identify and prevent trafficking and exploitation:

• Age verification: All accounts require age verification at registration. We reserve the right to request additional proof of age at any time.
• Review processes: Creator-published material undergoes both automated and manual review before and after publication.
• Pattern detection: We monitor for keywords, behavioral patterns, and other indicators associated with trafficking and exploitation in reported interactions.
• Creator verification: Creators undergo an application and identity verification process before they can publish on the Service.
• Regular audits: We conduct periodic audits of the Service to identify and address potential risks.

Reporting

If you encounter any activity on Adorly.ai that you believe involves trafficking, exploitation, or abuse, please report it immediately.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Adorly.ai cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations related to trafficking and exploitation. We preserve evidence as legally required and respond promptly to valid legal process, including subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants.

Consequences

Violations of this policy result in:

• Immediate and permanent account termination.
• Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities and organizations such as NCMEC.
• Preservation of all relevant data for use in investigations.
• Pursuit of legal action where appropriate.

Staff Training

All Adorly team members receive training on recognizing and responding to indicators of trafficking and exploitation. Training materials are reviewed and updated regularly to reflect current best practices and legal requirements.

Policy Review

This policy is reviewed at least annually and updated as needed to reflect changes in law, industry best practices, and lessons learned from our enforcement activities.
