Account

How do I create an account?

Tap "Sign Up" on the home page. You can register with your email address or sign in with Google. You must be at least 18 years old and complete age verification to create an account.

How do I change my email or password?

Go to your account settings. From there you can update your email address and set a new password. If you signed up with Google, you can add a password in settings to enable email login as well.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from your settings page, or by emailing [email protected]. Account data is retained for 30 days after deletion to allow for recovery, then permanently removed.

I cannot log in. What should I do?

Try resetting your password from the login page. If you signed up with Google, make sure you are using the same Google account. If the issue persists, contact [email protected] with your registered email and we will help.

Subscriptions and Billing

What subscription options are available?

Adorly offers a free tier with limited daily messages and a Premium subscription that unlocks unlimited conversations, priority access, and expanded features. Check our Pricing page for current plans and pricing.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your account settings and select "Manage Subscription." You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law and our payment provider's terms. Contact [email protected] to request a refund.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment partners, as well as cryptocurrency payments. All transactions are processed by third-party payment providers. We never store your full card details.

What are tokens and how do they work?

Tokens are Adorly's in-app currency. You purchase token packs and spend them on image requests, video requests, pay-per-view unlocks, and tips to creators. Tokens are non-refundable and hold no cash value.

Companions and Chat

How do companion conversations work?

Each companion has a unique personality, backstory, and conversation style shaped by their creator. Companions remember your conversations and grow more personal over time. Free accounts have a daily message limit; Premium subscribers can chat without limits.

What are companion subscriptions?

Some creators offer a separate monthly subscription for their companion. Subscribing unlocks exclusive posts and media from that companion. These subscriptions are separate from the Adorly Premium subscription.

How do I report a companion that violates the guidelines?

Tap the menu icon on any companion profile or conversation and select "Report." Describe the issue and our moderation team will review it. You can also email [email protected].

Creators

How do I become a creator?

Visit our Creator Application page to apply. Applications are reviewed by our team and you will receive a response within a few business days.

How do payouts work?

Creators earn 80% of net revenue from companion subscriptions, pay-per-view unlocks, and tips. Earnings are calculated monthly and paid through your selected payout method, subject to minimum thresholds. You are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes.

What are the rules for creators?

All creators must follow our Content Guidelines. Violations can result in material removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.

Safety and Privacy

How is my privacy protected?

Your conversations are private and encrypted in transit. We do not sell your personal information. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

How do I report abuse?

Use the in-app report button on any profile or conversation, or email [email protected]. For urgent matters involving trafficking or exploitation, see our Anti-Trafficking Policy for additional reporting resources.

How do I block someone?

Visit the profile of the account you want to block, tap the menu icon, and select "Block." Blocked accounts cannot see your profile or interact with you.
